All reservations require a $30.00 per site per visit deposit. Please download and print the reservation form
above and mail a check or money order to: Circle E Guest Ranch, LLC, 50 Circle E Lane, Belvidere, TN
37306.
You may also call our office at (931) 962-1790 for reservations.
We also accept VISA and MASTERCARD for deposits as well. There will be a service fee when using credit
cards.
No rental horses available.
Transferring Deposits
If you have reservations with deposits for a ride and cannot attend, we will transfer “roll” your deposit for
one time only. If you can’t attend the ride for the next year you forfeit your money. A Rolled Deposit will not
be refunded, and can only be rolled one time, and must be used with one year from the ride it was rolled
from.
Cancellations
To receive a refund of your deposits, you must mail a written request specifying the cancel date for a
refund 10 days prior to the opening date for the ride. Please note that Rolled Deposits cannot be refunded.
Deadline
For reservations, cancellations, transfers and refunds: To receive a deposit refund, you must cancel within
10 days prior to the opening date for each ride. No exceptions. Please note that Rolled Deposits cannot be
refunded.
No Pets allowed on trails.
